Facilities | Catering Options

Regardless of whether you stay in the house or the annex, and whatever the size of your group you will have exclusive use of your own kitchen and dining facilities. Both kitchens are well equipped and include the following: dishwasher, hobs, ovens, fridge, freezer and all pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. As Hill House does not employ catering staff most groups choose to do their own catering.

However, for groups who require the catered option, please contact the Managers who will be happy to put you in contact with a local approved caterer, who will provide you with sample menus and prices. Groups can also choose a part catered option where they select which meals they want to be catered for and the other meals they can cater for themselves (A cheaper option than fully catered).

Food Deliveries

Milk – We have an arrangement with a local milk delivery service that they can deliver your milk to suit you.  Minimum delivery is 4 pints or 2.272 litres.  The company is ‘Barnetts Dairy’.  Please contact Geoff direct on 01278 722175 to arrange your deliveries.

Butcher – EWJ Hill in Cannington is a superb butcher and the meat is of high quality, local produce and good prices.  To order please contact: 01278 652230

Supermarkets – Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s all deliver to our site and you can shop on-line for your order.  We will accept orders on your behalf on your expected day of arrival at Hill House.

Fish & Chips – can be pre-ordered from ‘Star Fish Bar’ in Bridgwater 01278 422394 very tasty and excellent portion size.
