The annex consists of 12 bedrooms each with two beds and en-suite shower room. Four of the bedrooms have an extra guest bed so the annex sleeps 28 in total. The annex has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining room and conference room, which can be booked as a separate entity if required. The annex is on ground level and suitable for wheelchair access.
